Where 1.0 focused on individuals and communities facing abuse, harassment, and exploitation— especially online racism and targeted bullying— 2.0 widens the lens to include the infrastructure of coercion itself: cloud platforms, surveillance markets, AI-wash, quantum-wash, and fiat architectures that monetize human vulnerability.

Charter 1.0 remains the genesis document. Charter 2.0 is the *operational upgrade*—same soul, broader battlefield.

We affirm that:

• Anchor evidence and accountability in Bitcoin and decentralized networks, by:
  • committing hashes and proofs to Bitcoin,

  • broadcasting key events over Nostr and other open protocols.
• Pioneer pathways where traditional systems fail, by:
  • creating transparent processes for reporting, verification, and escalation,
  • supporting class actions and collective defense where systemic fraud is evident,
